1. Who we are

CuddleSide.com (the "Site") is operated by WeRexolve, a company registered in United Kingdom. "We," "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from it.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Refund Policy. If you disagree with any of them, please don't use the Site.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please give us accurate information when you order.

4. Using the Site

Please use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Try to break into, overload, or interfere with the Site or its systems.

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the Site.

  • Copy or resell our content, images, or products without our written permission.

  • Submit false information, including false payment details.

5. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products accurately, but screen colors, lighting and normal manufacturing variation mean your pillow may look slightly different from the photos. Dimensions and materials are listed on each product page, and small variations can occur.

Health notice: Our pillows are comfort products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this Site is medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have ongoing pain or a medical condition, talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your sleep setup. Individual experiences vary.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We'll send a confirmation email, but an order is only accepted once it ships. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or an address we can't deliver to. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

7. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

  • If we spot a pricing error, we'll contact you before shipping. You can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

  • Where we show a compare-at or original price, it is the price we previously charged, or the combined price of the items bought separately.

  • Discount codes are single-use unless stated, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Shipping and returns

Delivery, tracking and our 30-day guarantee are covered in our Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us.

9. Our content

The Site's text, images, logos, product names and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

10. Reviews and things you send us

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's yours and doesn't break anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

11. Warranties and liability

We take care over our products and the Site, but to the extent the law allows:

  • The Site is provided "as is," and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost data.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to other websites or use third-party tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales..

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
